The chicken was very good, but would have preferred if they had not put gravy on the rice and peas and the chicken. Would be better if gravy/sauce could be served separately.

Love the curry goat, was tasty, however, had too much salt. The same for the pepper steak. If the chef can reduce the salt that would be good. Other than that, the products are lovely.

Not like fire, why why why is this dish so hot. All the beautiful flavours spoilt by what seems to be a whole scotch bonnet. I can take heat but this is really on another level. Please please give options of mild, medium and hot, so we dont have to stop buying from you and so my children can also enjoy the food without wanting to cry for how hot in taste the food is.

My number ONE favourite from Jamaica on Ice!! Tasty,tasty, tasty. A chicken drumstick and thigh in a tasty jerk sauce on a bed of rice and peas. DELICIOUS! Well seasoned authentic flavours. No need to rush to the local takeaway when this is in the freezer and ready to eat in 45 minutes when reheated in the oven. Bulk buy all the flavours from Jamaica on Ice and this will always be in the mix!

The food is great! Exactly what you’d expect, hot and spicy. I did have to wait more than the 5 working days for delivery though. I was rewarded with an extra meal for my trouble. Worth it!

Generous portions of well-flavoured, well-cooked jerk chicken with rice & peas. Not much more to say.....it tastes like the real thing that you would prepare at home.
This meal is ideal for the evenings when you don't have time to cook or are not in the mood to cook but need a PROPER dinner and not some dodgy, overpriced takeaway meal.
It's always a good idea to keep some 'Jamaica On Ice' meals in the freezer if you can

Delivery is the only issue I have at the moment. I had to contact Jamaica on ice to chase up my order and I didn’t receive any tracking either. Sort this out and everything will be perfect.

Again (I bought quite a few meals!), I found this way too hot! I wished it wasn’t so spicy. In the end I gave most of it too my brother as it was just too hot for me which is a shame as it smelt good and tasted good the little bit I could eat. My brother enjoyed the level of spice!

I bought these for my elderly father with a couple of extra ones for my son and I to try. My son was sceptical about eating this. He asked so many questions about where it came from and who made it. All of his fears were put to rest when he put the food on the plate. He really enjoyed it! A good portion size. I will definitely be buying more. I have a friend who it eager to try it too.

I have always been disappointed with Jerk Chicken ready meals in the UK as they are always oven cooked with smoke flavouring added.
This isn't.
The chicken is marinaded and then smoked over fruit wood in a barrel cooker, no question, no doubt.
It's absolutely authentic and so are the rice and peas. Big smile with every single bite and I will definitely order again.
